Nature of Services

Finsmpl provides professional, customised, and compliance-related services. Once a service is initiated, significant time, expertise, and resources are allocated.


Refund Policy

  • No refunds shall be provided once the service has been initiated or documents have been shared with our team.
  • Payments made for consultation, registration, accounting, or compliance services are non-refundable.
  • Government fees, statutory charges, or third-party costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made twice for the same service due to a technical error
  • The service cannot be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Finsmpl

Any approved refund will be processed after internal review.


Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation requests after service initiation will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Finsmpl reserves the right to cancel a service if required documents are not provided within a reasonable time.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
